Minesweeper Classic is a redesigned version of the old game of Minesweeper, specifically designed for your modern touch-based iPhone and iPad. This visually appealing version of Minesweeper offers quick and intuitive gameplay.

Minesweeper features all the original rules of the game, including a safe first tap, flags/question marks, original difficulty levels, and proper mechanics.

<ul>
 <li>Luck: If you find yourself in a situation where you must guess and there is no better move to make, this feature ensures that the square you guess has the lowest probability of being a mine, reducing the chances of losing the game. No more 50:50 guesses!</li>
 <li>Hints: If you get stuck, simply press the hint button for assistance.</li>
 <li>Smart Undo: Lose the game? No worries! Press the undo button to reverse your last move. Incorrectly flagged spots will remain red, spots that are flagged without enough information to be flags will turn into question marks, and the remaining mines will be reshuffled to keep the game interesting.</li>
 <li>3D Touch and Customizable Controls: Use 3D Touch (if supported by your device) to flag mines. You can also configure sensitivity and toggle between 3D Touch and Long Press to toggle flags.</li>
 <li>First tap is never a mine!</li>
 <li>Classic difficulty levels: Enjoy the same level of challenge as in the old classic Minesweeper game.</li>
 <li>Easy zooming and panning: Effortlessly zoom in and out or move around the game board as needed.</li>
 <li>Custom difficulty level: Adjust the difficulty level according to your preference.</li>
 <li>Beautiful high resolution graphics and animations: Immerse yourself in the visually stunning interface of Minesweeper Classic.</li>

The goal of Minesweeper is to clear all the spaces without mines. The game ends when all the non-mine spaces are revealed.

To start a new game, simply press the smiley button.

To play, tap a square to reveal it. Hold* a square to flag it, and an animation will indicate that it has been flagged. Holding the square again will unflag it. Tapping a flagged square will toggle it between flag and question mode.

A square with a number indicates how many of the 8 adjacent squares contain mines. If a numbered square is touching the correct amount of flags, tapping on the number will reveal the adjacent squares.

Settings can be accessed by clicking the bar button in the top-left corner. The timer will automatically pause when the game is not in focus.
